Fairprene® Is Now Part of Trelleborg’s Engineered Coated Fabrics Operation
Trelleborg Group purchased the Fairprene® Business Unit from Alpha Engineered Composites, LLC in December 2021 to provide the elastomer market with expanded solutions, services, and support.
The acquisition includes its production equipment, customer base, and intellectual property rights.
Distributors, fabricators, and end-users will benefit from a broader line of advanced products delivered, more extensive capabilities, deeper technical expertise, greater support, and new products that improve overall performance, drive significant value creation and grow their business.
